Reminder we are open for classes New Parent Orientation Is This Friday at 6:30pm Demo Team Competing at Town Center Sat @ 12:30pm Winter Sparring This Friday & Saturday Reminder that Formal Test Registration Deadline is 2/29/24. After that date there is a late registration fee that will be charged. Please register on time!

Sr Master Reid highlights Sports Night PNO and Kuntao/Silat Class the next two weekend featuring blade work and discusses the importance of Winter Sparring that begins Friday February 9th for Novice Students and Saturday February 10th for advanced and competitive level students. Sparring is a huge martial arts skill and the only way to get better at it is to do it!
